💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence across HR processes, systems, and the workforce lifecycle. You'll facilitate key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration for all worker types. This temporary role offers the chance to lead data quality audits and improve HR compliance in a regulated aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Ensure HRIS accuracy and conduct monthly data quality audits
• Develop standard operating procedures for HR data integrity
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless employee experiences

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related HR work experience in a regulated industry
• Onsite 5 days per week in Bothell office
• Must be a US Person for ITAR compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• HRIS experience (ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Replicon)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Analytical and project management skills
