You'll lead culinary programs and inspire customers through hands-on cooking classes at Sur La Table. You'll drive sales and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while managing a high-performing team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and develop culinary team members
- Lead cooking classes following provided recipes and plans
- Drive sales through class engagement and retail product sales
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
๐ Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Culinary degree or extensive culinary experience
- 1-2 years of kitchen management experience
- Valid Food Manager Certification
