Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Mesh, you will lead end-to-end design across core products, transforming complex crypto and payments workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. You will own the full design lifecycle from strategy to polished execution, collaborating with global Product and Engineering teams to ship high-quality solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years designing high-quality digital products with clear ownership and a portfolio demonstrating strong craft and systems thinking.
• Expert at simplifying complexity, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Strong end-to-end design execution from problem framing through polished UI and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Fluent in information architecture and UX patterns, creating scalable, cohesive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for a core product area, driving improvements in user experience and business outcomes.
• Lead discovery with Product to define problems using research, data, and customer insights.
• Simplify complex crypto and payments systems into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces.
• Design scalable solutions defining information architecture and UX patterns balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Work closely with Engineering to deliver and iterate, ensuring high-quality execution through launch.
