You'll own the customer's first experience with Conga, guiding them from purchase to first value. You'll lead a structured, outcome-driven onboarding journey, helping customers configure their first use case and establish a foundation for long-term adoption. This role blends consultative discovery, hands-on technical enablement, and relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding kickoff and discovery conversations to understand customer goals.
• Provide hands-on assistance to validate first end-to-end workflow.
• Coach customers on change management best practices.
• Deliver structured handoff to post-onboarding teams.

📋 Requirements

• Customer-first relationship management skills.
• Technical credibility with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and proactive expectation setting.
• Ownership mindset with ability to coordinate resources.
