Description

As the Lead QA Architect, you will lead quality assurance efforts for NICE's flagship product suite, driving quality and automation strategies, implementing shift-left practices, and mentoring QA leads. You will define and track quality metrics, plan test strategies, and partner with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure rapid, reliable product delivery.

Requirements

• 5 years QA leadership experience as Team Leader/Manager
• Minimum 5 years as QA engineer with at least 4 years automation experience
• Extensive experience designing tests for enterprise SW solutions
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality leader for an entire domain, accountable for product quality
• Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across domain
• Implement and evolve QA processes for effective test signals and scaled testing
• Partner with engineering and DevOps to leverage automation for preventing regressions
• Define guidelines and best practices for automation and manual testing procedures
