You'll identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in the Utah community to mobilize them for policy reform. You'll equip local leaders to advocate for change and organize events like phone banking and canvassing. This role offers the chance to drive impactful change in a non-hierarchical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify activists who can become local leaders or elected officials
• Equip local leaders with training and resources to advocate for reforms
• Organize events for public engagement via phone, social media, or canvassing
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors for compliance and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Passion for people and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage multiple events
• Excitement to canvass neighborhoods and make phone calls for initiatives
