You'll drive new logo acquisition for an AI platform reshaping insurance pricing, selling to senior stakeholders in a complex enterprise market. You'll lead deals from $250K to $1.5M+ ARR, building trust with actuaries, underwriting leaders, and the C-suite. This role offers direct exposure to experienced sales leadership and the chance to shape how hx scales in North America.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow a high-value enterprise territory in the US insurance market
- Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation to close
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Develop pipeline through outbound, account planning, and partnership with SDRs
๐ Requirements
- Track record of closing complex enterprise SaaS deals (six- or seven-figure)
- Experience selling to senior multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Ability to run disciplined sales cycles in strategic markets
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
