Description
You will be the primary technical escalation point for premium enterprise customers, handling complex issues with Jamf products and integrations. You'll collaborate with internal teams to resolve bugs and improve the product, while building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Minimum 3 years in a customer support or technical support role, preferably SaaS
- Strong technical troubleshooting with log analysis and system diagnostics
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with APIs, web technologies, networking, and databases (e.g., SQL)
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for premium support customers experiencing technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues using logs, debugging tools, and root cause analysis
- Interface with product development and engineering to resolve bugs and provide feedback
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and act as their advocate
