Description

You will own the go-to-market strategy for Anthropic's first-party agent products, including Claude.ai, Cowork, Claude Code, and Claude Enterprise. You'll shape positioning, drive launches, and ensure these products work together as a cohesive offering that wins in the enterprise market.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software or platform products
• Led product marketing for a portfolio of billion-dollar products
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of enterprise sales cycles
• Excellent positioning and messaging skills for technical and business audiences
• Track record of successful product launches driving measurable business impact

Responsibilities

• Manage PMM teams for Claude.ai, Cowork, Claude Code, and Claude Enterprise go-to-market strategy
• Develop unified portfolio narrative for agent products to serve enterprise needs
• Drive product launches to generate market momentum
• Build market intelligence on competitive dynamics, buyer needs, and use cases
• Create sales enablement programs including battlecards, pitch materials, and customer stories
