💼 About This Role

You'll drive technical onboarding and act as the trusted technical partner for healthcare API customers. You'll transform new signups into thriving, long-term users by removing friction and sparking engagement at the crossroads of product, engineering, and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical onboarding for API platform customers.
• Act as primary technical point of contact and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor ticketing system to identify and resolve blockers.
• Create documentation and guides to empower self-service.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer success or similar roles.
• Fluency in English and Danish (C1 minimum).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
