You'll orchestrate delivery at scale for a global cosmetics leader's product train, blending RTE methodology with hands-on execution. Your role ensures flow efficiency and production stability across squads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pilot global roadmap and ensure PI planning objectives are realistic and met
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, functional, and organizational blockers
• Analyze value chain to reduce time-to-market with lightweight synchronization processes
• Define and track performance indicators like Burn-up, Velocity, Predictability, Lead Time

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years multi-team delivery experience as RTE, Program Manager, or Senior Delivery Manager
• Expertise in SAFe delivery at scale with pragmatic adaptation
• Proactive problem-solving to unblock complex situations
• Fluent English for multicultural international teams
