As an Account Specialist, you'll grow Agoda's accommodation supply network by managing a portfolio of partners, contacting them to highlight revenue opportunities, and driving program participation through targeted sprints. You'll communicate via phone, email, and webinars, and train partners on Agoda's tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome
  • Basic computer skills and analytical skills
  • Autonomous and result-driven with history of achieving targets
  • Ability to support EMEA markets and follow EMEA business hours

Responsibilities

  • Contact high-growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities
  • Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of online registrations
  • Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
  • Communicate with partners via phone, email, messaging, and webinars
  • Train partners on technologies, tools, and models
