Description
As an Account Specialist, you'll grow Agoda's accommodation supply network by managing a portfolio of partners, contacting them to highlight revenue opportunities, and driving program participation through targeted sprints. You'll communicate via phone, email, and webinars, and train partners on Agoda's tools.
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome
- Basic computer skills and analytical skills
- Autonomous and result-driven with history of achieving targets
- Ability to support EMEA markets and follow EMEA business hours
Responsibilities
- Contact high-growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities
- Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of online registrations
- Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
- Communicate with partners via phone, email, messaging, and webinars
- Train partners on technologies, tools, and models
