You'll act as a trusted advisor helping customers maximize their value from MongoDB deployments by combining business and technical expertise. You'll drive retention, revenue, and advocacy for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in a hybrid working model.

  • 5-7+ years in a technical customer-facing role like technical account management.
  • 3+ years owning customer health and revenue for enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence technical and business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's in CS, STEM, or equivalent technical experience.
