You'll act as a trusted advisor helping customers maximize their value from MongoDB deployments by combining business and technical expertise. You'll drive retention, revenue, and advocacy for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in a hybrid working model.

- Advise customers on best practices and deployment health.
- Conduct business reviews and translate insights into value-based outcomes.
- Manage account plans to drive customer maturity and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to amplify customer voice and influence product roadmap.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years in a technical customer-facing role like technical account management.
- 3+ years owning customer health and revenue for enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's in CS, STEM, or equivalent technical experience.
