You'll take ownership of 350+ Mac endpoints using Jamf and act as the escalation point for complex support tickets. You'll drive network improvements with Aruba Central and FortiManager while supporting a growing, high-trust team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 350+ endpoints via Jamf and Intune.
• Resolve Wi-Fi and network issues as SME.
• Act as escalation point for complex support tickets.
• Maintain core systems audits and reduce admin overhead.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in Apple and macOS environments.
• Technical expertise to own and optimize Jamf for MDM.
• Strong background in network administration with Aruba Central and FortiManager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with scripting, automation, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Background managing SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Notion, or Slack.
