💼 About This Role

You'll implement occupational therapy care plans for frail elderly participants as a key member of the interdisciplinary team. You'll build long-term relationships and collaborate to maximize independence. This role offers lower patient volumes and work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist in obtaining vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing
• Coordinate with Rehabilitation team to implement activities per treatment plans
• Handle scheduling of treatments, clinical visits, and billing

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program
• Valid California OTA license or proof of eligibility
• Minimum two years of OTA experience with frail or elderly population
