Requirements
- Track record selling complex customized solutions
- 3+ years leading a technology sales team
- Ability to coach and manage account executive performance
- Experience with SFDC and CPQ
- Contact Center / CX software experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and deploy sales strategy and processes
- Forecast and present sales data to VP and C-suite
- Coach account executives on analyzing client needs
- Build relationships with VP, CIO, CEO levels
- Regularly close deals and build future pipeline
