Requirements

  • Track record selling complex customized solutions
  • 3+ years leading a technology sales team
  • Ability to coach and manage account executive performance
  • Experience with SFDC and CPQ
  • Contact Center / CX software experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and deploy sales strategy and processes
  • Forecast and present sales data to VP and C-suite
  • Coach account executives on analyzing client needs
  • Build relationships with VP, CIO, CEO levels
  • Regularly close deals and build future pipeline
