You'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience across multiple industries. π― What You'll Do
- Serve as technical point of contact for prospects and customers
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead proofs of concept
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare project documentation such as floor plans and scope of work
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in a technical sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with APIs, Python, or other coding languages
- Familiarity with physical security products (cameras, access control)
