💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build a custom, AI-powered Sales Cloud platform from scratch, replacing standard CRM functionality with native solutions. You'll transform the user experience with advanced Lightning Web Components and integrate AI for predictive forecasting. This role combines deep technical expertise with product ownership, shaping how a growing company operates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build custom quoting, pricing, and ticketing solutions in Sales Cloud
• Design and deploy advanced Lightning Web Components for high-speed interfaces
• Integrate AI capabilities for predictive forecasting and intelligent routing
• Establish ALM processes including Git, deployment pipelines, and code-review standards

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years programmatic Salesforce development with custom applications
• Lightning Web Components and JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience
• Apex expertise including Triggers, Async Apex, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong Salesforce data modeling and scalable database design
