You will lead the global Medical Information call center, ensuring timely, evidence-based responses to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. You'll oversee content creation, support congresses, and drive compliance and quality metrics in a dynamic oncology setting.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in scientific or medical discipline (PharmD, MD, PhD preferred)
• Proven experience in medical information in pharma/biotech
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Veeva MedComms and PromoMats
• Willingness to travel 10-20%

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight and performance management of global Medical Information call center
• Maintain KPIs, quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational processes for regulatory compliance
• Develop medical information resources (SRLs, CRLs, FAQs)
• Provide Medical Information support at congresses
