💼 About This Role

You'll develop and optimize epoxy formulations for optical and photonic devices, ensuring high reliability and yield for AI supercomputing infrastructure. You'll lead root-cause analysis for adhesive-related failures and support production scale-up across global sites. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a well-funded startup backed by Mayfield.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate epoxy formulations for optical applications
• Define dispensing, curing, and handling processes for production
• Lead root-cause analysis for adhesive-related failures
• Support NPI and production ramp across global sites

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience with epoxy materials
• Direct experience in optical or photonics manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of epoxy chemistry and curing mechanisms
• Experience with dispensing technologies (time-pressure, jetting)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in silicon photonics or fiber optics
• Knowledge of Telcordia or JEDEC standards
• English communication and mentoring skills
