You will lead and guide engineering teams, working directly with clients to translate business and technical requirements into impactful digital products. You'll ensure best practices in DevOps and agile methodologies, shape architectural decisions, and oversee successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading projects and mentoring as a Technical Lead
• Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Expertise with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL or Amazon RDS
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to development team
• Ensure successful delivery of projects and resolve blockers
• Work directly with clients, translating requirements into technical briefs
• Shape architectural decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability
• Provide updates to client and leadership on project status
