You'll be a key operational partner to Enterprise clients, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and that Customer Success Managers have the tools, data, and processes they need. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute, improve, and scale workflows. This role combines hands-on execution with process improvement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for Enterprise clients
- Track workflows, timelines, and deliverables
- Help onboard new clients and support their expansion
- Write clear SOPs to keep work consistent
- Manage CS tools: updating playbooks, workflows, and automation features
๐ Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in operations and project management
- Experience designing and implementing successful workflows from scratch
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Fluent in English
