You will design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers. You'll manage high-impact projects from Proof of Concept to full implementation, provide technical insights, and ensure maximum value from our platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python
• Experience with back-end integrations, HTML/CSS, and server-side applications
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from PoC to full implementation for enterprise clients
