🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and refine sales processes and CRM workflows
• Own data integrity and produce forecasting reports
• Screen and score inbound leads with strategy team
• Equip bi-coastal sales team with tools and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Sales Operations role
• Deep experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
