🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption
- Monitor customer health and performance KPIs
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise organisations
- Proven experience in enterprise customer account management
- Ability to identify key contacts and tailor proposals
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing

- Background in cloud infrastructure or security
