🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption
  • Monitor customer health and performance KPIs

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise organisations
  • Proven experience in enterprise customer account management
  • Ability to identify key contacts and tailor proposals
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing

  • Background in cloud infrastructure or security
