💼 About This Role

You'll prototype new AI-powered capabilities and architect agentic workflows that connect LLM reasoning to production infrastructure. Your work will directly impact what we build and how fast we build it. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and build novel AI-powered features using frontier models
• Design and implement agentic workflows across various patterns
• Develop evals for agentic systems (correctness, reliability, etc.)
• Translate research outputs into actionable artifacts for product and engineering

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in applied ML/AI research or applied science roles
• 6+ months of hands-on agent-building experience (prompt chaining, tool use, etc.)
• Strong proficiency with frontier model APIs and coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and ability to write production-quality code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AdTech or MarTech
• Experience with marketing measurement (attribution, incrementality)
• Experience with LLM and agent eval frameworks
