💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic agency partnerships for InHome Therapy, a fast-growing home health company. Your work will directly drive same-store growth and multi-market expansion, positioning IHT as the preferred therapy partner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of named strategic accounts.
• Drive same-store visit and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
• Identify and pursue multi-market partnership opportunities.
• Lead reactivation efforts for dormant or underperforming accounts.
• Negotiate renewal terms and expansion agreements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or business development.
• CRM proficiency required; HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving same-store growth or multi-market expansion.

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare, home health, or therapy staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building or expanding a partnerships function in a growth environment.
