💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team deploying fiber optic networks in central Texas, overseeing HUT/CO facility maintenance and managing vendor performance. Your work directly improves internet access and service for residential and business customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technicians and contractors to install and test network elements
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HUT/CO network and power equipment
• Validate supplier build/test processes meet Google requirements
• Manage budgets and financial controls with Finance and Controls teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets on large-scale telecom projects
• Experience with HUT/CO equipment including network power and routing/switching hardware
• 5 years of experience in a vendor management role with customer-facing responsibilities
