Description

You will pioneer AI-driven delivery of TAM services for enterprise customers, redesigning workflows and driving platform adoption. You'll own technical health, coach internal champions, and partner with Customer Success to prove business impact through Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, or forward deployed engineering at enterprise SaaS companies
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems
  • Track record of workflow optimization and platform adoption at scale
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with executive-level communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Re-design and optimize AI-driven business workflows for enterprise customers
  • Support customers with Miro REST APIs, WebSDK, and MCP integrations
  • Own technical health of customer accounts and spot adoption opportunities
  • Scale adoption by coaching internal champions and supporting Centers of Excellence
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to run Quarterly Business Reviews
