💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise-wide technology asset governance and lifecycle management programs at Marqeta. You'll establish comprehensive asset management frameworks and drive strategic initiatives to reduce technology debt and SaaS sprawl. This role offers the flexibility of a Flex First work model within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement asset lifecycle management programs covering procurement to disposal.
• Establish governance frameworks for accurate inventory of all technology assets.
• Lead SaaS sprawl management initiatives to optimize licensing and reduce costs.
• Create asset management dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT asset management or related technology operations roles
• 1+ years of experience leading teams
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale asset management programs
• Proficiency with asset management platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA, Oomnitza, or similar ITAM tools)
