Description
You will establish and expand strategic relationships with global system integrators (GSIs) like Accenture, Deloitte, and TCS to position Parloa's conversational and agentic AI platform as their preferred partner. You'll develop joint business plans, drive consumption, build co-sell motions, package joint IP for vertical use cases, and ensure global scalability—unlocking revenue streams and enabling transformational client outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in strategic alliance management or GSI relationship management in enterprise software/SaaS
- Proven track record of building and scaling GSI alliances with measurable revenue impact
- Strong executive network within major GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc.)
- Expertise in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Customer Experience transformation
- Experience designing joint IP and vertical-specific solutions with GSIs
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and grow GSIs globally as strategic partners
- Develop and execute joint business plans with GSI partners
- Drive consumption of Parloa solutions into GSI-led transformation programs
- Build co-sell motions and create joint go-to-market strategies
- Develop and package joint IP and industry-specific offerings
