You'll take existing machine designs and turn them into reliable, manufacturable automation solutions. You'll own technical execution from early design through build, test, and delivery. This is a hands-on engineering role with up to 30% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical execution of automation projects from design through delivery
• Perform hands-on mechanical design and refinement of automation systems
• Improve designs for manufacturability, reliability, cost, and assembly
• Lead technical coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and customers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD and engineering design tools, with Solid Edge preferred
• Experience with industrial automation systems and manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated experience owning designs through build, test, and delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting testing, qualification, and commissioning activities
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
