You'll serve as the system owner for Workday, ensuring scalability, governance, and compliance across benefits, compensation, and payroll modules. Core duties include translating business requirements into secure technical solutions, managing integrations, and driving continuous improvement. This senior individual contributor role is key to maintaining enterprise-grade controls in a remote-first environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Workday configuration for Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
  • Govern and monitor all Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
  • Design custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for compliance and audits.
  • Lead testing cycles for biannual Workday releases and configuration changes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
  • Expertise in Compensation, Benefits, and/or Payroll modules.
  • Proven experience with Workday integrations across multiple vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday business process framework, calculated fields, EIBs, and security.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a healthcare or compliance-driven environment.
  • Certification in Workday HCM or related modules.
