You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients maximize the value of advanced payment and integration solutions. You'll bridge the gap between engineering, product, and customer teams, driving seamless product adoption and long-term partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary technical contact
• Lead strategic discussions on technical solutions and risk management
• Support customers through integration and ensure successful ramp-up
• Collaborate with engineering to address client needs and improve products

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Integration Engineer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Node.js, or Go
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Experience in fintech or payments
• Knowledge of additional languages
