🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead FOH operations to achieve sales and profit goals
• Develop and execute community events and programs
• Coach and manage store team performance
• Create staff schedules and manage inventory when needed

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of retail experience
• 1+ year of retail leadership experience
• Knowledge of retail math and inventory management
