Description

You will ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to customers by handling the administrative aspects of vehicle registration, checking documents, and completing registration processes. You'll interact with customers via video calls to notarize documents and collaborate with state and county licensing departments.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize, and mail customer registration packets
• Take inbound video calls to notarize customer documents
• Review registration packets for accuracy and completeness
• Interact with state and county government licensing departments
• Update customer records in internal systems
