Description
You will own and grow CockroachDB's OEM partnership with IBM across APAC, driving partner-attributed revenue through joint selling with IBM's sales organization. This role involves pipeline development, deal execution, enablement, and forecasting, working cross-functionally with internal teams and IBM stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, partner sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partners in OEM/cloud/enterprise tech ecosystems
- Strong sales-focused mindset with experience in pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals
- Experience working with partner sales teams and internal field sales
- Willingness to travel across APAC and work across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Own and manage IBM OEM partnership across APAC
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-attributed pipeline through joint selling motions
- Support opportunities from deal origin through close, partnering on strategy and negotiations
- Lead regional partner enablement including sales training and field readiness
- Forecast partner-driven deals and maintain pipeline visibility
