You'll design ML models for real-time recsys and pricing algorithms, optimizing engagement in our gaming ecosystem. You'll lead experimentation and measurement strategies like causal inference and MMM. You'll partner with engineering to refine our data stack and establish gold-standard documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ML models for real-time recsys and pricing algorithms
• Build reward structures and user-incentive systems using uplift modeling
• Lead experimentation including causal impact estimation and MMM
• Partner with engineering to refine data stack and system architecture

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in product-driven environment
• Robust experience with data engineering workflows and modern data stack (DBT, Airflow, K8s, Terraform)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
