💼 About This Role

You'll be the calm presence responding to medical emergencies across the resort, ensuring guest and team safety. You'll assess situations quickly, coordinate with local emergency services, and provide reassurance in high-stress moments. This role requires EMR certification and the ability to work indoors and outdoors across varied terrain.

• Respond to medical and emergency calls anywhere on property
• Assess situations quickly and decide next steps
• Coordinate with local emergency services when needed
• Document incidents clearly and accurately

📋 Requirements

• EMR certification required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Sound judgment and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to meet background check, MVR, and drug screening

• EMT or higher certification preferred
• Experience with workplace injuries or incident reporting
• Experience in hospitality or outdoor recreation
