• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for L&D function
• Design and deliver technical, leadership, and soft skills training
• Identify skill gaps via surveys, interviews, and performance data
• Measure program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in learning and development
• Proven track record of building and scaling L&D functions in tech
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
