Description

You will serve as the on-camera creative voice of Care.com across social media, owning the full lifecycle of social video from concept to final edit. You'll script, shoot, and edit short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, rapidly testing and iterating based on performance data to build a recognizable brand presence.

Requirements

• 4+ years creating high-performing social video content
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere and CapCut
• Deep fluency in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Proven ability to concept native social content
• Strong on-camera presence and editing instincts

Responsibilities
