You'll guide customers in designing reliable, scalable systems using the MongoDB data platform, working closely with sales executives to solve business problems. You'll be a trusted advisor from startups to enterprise IT organizations, driving deal success and customer satisfaction. This role is based remotely in Seoul with business fluency in Korean.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure for large projects
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Own technical aspects of sales process: discovery, demos, proof of value
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of related industry experience with customer-facing roles
• Minimum 2 years with modern scripting languages like Python, Node.js, SQL or C/C++, Java, C#
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to travel up to 25%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in technical pre-sales capacity
• MongoDB or cloud provider certification
