💼 About This Role

You'll deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults at Blackbird Health. You'll build meaningful therapeutic relationships to support treatment engagement and patient progress. This role offers flexible scheduling and immediate referrals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead individual therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Monitor patient progress against care goals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland
• 1+ year experience working with children and adolescents
• 1+ year experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Commit to 8 hours per week after 4pm weekdays or weekends
