💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Fundraise Up's 0→1 Lab, personally owning high-risk product bets. Your core impact is reducing uncertainty through fast experiments and making decisive scale/pivot/kill calls. This role stands out for its focus on learning velocity over output and real downside risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Lab bet portfolio and set entry/exit criteria
• Frame experiments around the single riskiest assumption
• Synthesize results into go/kill/iterate recommendations
• Build a repeatable Lab Operating System
• Source and close lighthouse pilot partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in Product with a proven 0→1 track record
• 3+ years managing PMs in a player-coach role
• Hands-on AI prototyping using LLMs or APIs
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng/Design/Analytics and GTM

• Ex-founder with clear ship/scale/kill story
• Payments, fintech, e-commerce, or nonprofit domain experience
• EU market familiarity (PSD2/SCA) and additional languages
