💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal support across international initiatives including Coupang's AI cloud computing service. You will lead complex technology transactions and implement third-party legal risk management frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technology and commercial transactions in English and Korean
• Provide practical legal advice on cloud services and AI issues
• Develop and implement third-party legal risk management frameworks
• Collaborate with internal teams across Korea and the U.S.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in U.S., Korea, or common law jurisdiction with 6+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements across supply chain, hardware, software, data center, cloud services
• Experience providing legal support for tech product development (AI/IT)
• Bilingual Korean/English with full professional fluency in English
