Description

As a Client Partner at Monks, you will build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a bridge between teams to drive growth and ensure value-led outcomes. You'll provide thought leadership at the intersection of data, media, technology, and creativity, while managing the full client lifecycle from discovery to delivery. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract based in Sydney.

Requirements

• 7+ years in client services, business development or consulting in digital marketing/advertising/technology
• Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and AI-driven disruption
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end marketing and advertising campaign workflows
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Partnership management experience with ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance
• Build client vision, strategic objectives and long-term roadmap
• Own future-state vision and strategic narrative for cross-functional teams
• Drive discovery for new business and manage end-to-end sales cycle
• Facilitate uniform client experience and feedback loops
