🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze category and brand inputs to support selection and growth strategy
• Identify process gaps and benchmark industry best practices
• Build program charters, roadmaps, and phased goals
• Create scorecards, forecasts, and performance reports

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management or supply chain
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Mandarin and English language proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain
• Experience with inventory management systems
• PMP or equivalent certification
