💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with students in the classroom implementing behavior therapy techniques as an RBT for BAYADA's Big Island Behavioral Health Team. Your impact centers on reducing challenging behaviors and increasing functional skills using Applied Behavior Analysis methods. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling while supporting children's independence in their school routine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior therapy techniques in the classroom
• Document interventions and track client progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support students

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain (employer-paid)
• At least 18 years of age
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100, OR passage of the ParaPro Praxis assessment
