You'll join an Agile Scrum team developing high-performing, scalable media server components for Five9's cloud contact center platform. You'll craft bespoke solutions that integrate with real-time AI services. This role offers the chance to combine deep C++ expertise with cutting-edge real-time communications technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in an Agile Scrum team practicing DevOps.
• Write clean, well-documented code and corresponding tests.
• Deliver code as part of a solution running in the public cloud.
• Develop and enhance Media Server for real-time AI integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C and/or C++.
• Experience with real-time communications protocols (SIP, RTP).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems methodically.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ASR/TTS integration.
• Familiarity with AI APIs and Large Language Models.
• Knowledge of containers and CI/CD pipelines.
