💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team across Europe at Verkada in London. You'll drive technical escalations and build programs that scale. This role requires 5 days onsite in London.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and develop an inclusive, high-performing SE team
• Coach and mentor on technical escalations and solutions
• Build out programs and processes to support the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals background
• Onsite in London office 5 days a week
